Guarantee Period and Policy. We offer a carry-in guarantee of our products for a period of 12 months from invoice date against normal use of products, excluding sensors, probes, cables and leads. The guarantee is limited to the repair of any faulty item subject to any factory fault. The guarantee does NOT cover products that have been misused or abused physically, electrically or electrostatically. The Following items carry NO Guarantee or Warrantee: · Loose sensors used with equipment, including Vibration, pH Sensors, Anemometer Vanes, ORP, Temperature, Light, Pressure, Inductive, Proximity, Photo-Type, Oscilloscope Probes, Differential Probes, humidity Calibrator, but not exclusively only these mentioned. · Probes of any type, electrical or other, including Vibration, pH Sensors, Anemometer Vanes, ORP, Temperature, Light, Pressure, Inductive, Proximity, Photo-Type, Oscilloscope, Differential, humidity Calibrator, but not exclusively only these mentioned. · Accessory probes of any type. · Test Leads, electrical, co-axial or any type. Some items may occasionally need to be returned to the manufacturer overseas for repair under the guarantee period. Any such items which are deemed by the manufacturer not to fall under their guarantee for reasons of abuse or other causes, will have any transportation and other related costs debited to the client. Transport expenses to the manufacturer of items deemed faulty under above guarantee conditions will be carried by Test and Measurement Instruments C.C.
