Intercomp’s MS450™ Mining Scale Solutions provide a durable, high-capacity solution to ensure efficient and safe operation. Platform scales can be brought to sites as above-ground portable scale systems or are available as semi-permanent in-ground systems. Scales are available in capacities up to 1,600,000lbs (800 tons) and in a wide variety of sizes. Data is collected via cabled or wireless communication in manned or unmanned use. System Capacities Range from 120,000lbs (60,000kgs) to 1,600,000lbs (800 tons) · Environmentally Sealed Load Cells for All Weather Protection · Above- & In-Ground Models · Man/Unmanned & Static/Dynamic Modes of Operation · Optional Integrated RFX™ Wireless Communication Available Intercomp manufactures and installs scales for the mining industry as a cost effective method to verify loads to prevent premature wear of the vehicle and tires and help operators safely maximize payloads.
